RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We'll make it right.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something feels off, here's how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges — simple and straightforward.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
To start a return, email us at admin@naram.in with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we'll share the return instructions with you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
Need another size? We've got you.
Exchange requests can be made within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
The product must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With Hand tags attached
To request an exchange, email admin@naram.in with your order number and required size.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn or washed items
- Products without tags
- Sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
